11- أَحْمَدُهُ كَثيراً وَأَشْكُرُهُ دائماً عَلَى السَّرّاءِ والضَّرّاءِ وَالشِّدَّةِ وَالرَّخاءِ، وَأُومِنُ بِهِ و بِمَلائكَتِهِ وكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ. أَسْمَعُ لاَِمْرِهِ وَاُطيعُ وَأُبادِرُ إِلى‏ كُلِّ مايَرْضاهُ وَأَسْتَسْلِمُ لِماقَضاهُ، رَغْبَةً فى طاعَتِهِ وَ خَوْفاً مِنْ عُقُوبَتِهِ، لاَِنَّهُ اللَّهُ الَّذى لايُؤْمَنُ مَكْرُهُ وَلايُخافُ جَورُهُ.

او را ستایش فراوان و سپاس جاودانه می گویم در شادی ورنج و آسایش و سختی و به او و فرشتگان و نبشته ها و فرستاده هایش ایمان داشته فرمان او را گردن می گذارم و اطاعت می کنم وبه سوی هرآنچه مایه ی خوشنودی اوست ، می شتابم و به حکم و فرمان او تسلیم ،چرا که به فرمان بری او شایق واز کیفر او ترسانم زیرا او خدایی است که کسی از مکرش در امان نبوده و از ستم اش ترسان نباشد (زیرا او را ستمی نیست).

12- وَأُقِرُّلَهُ عَلى‏ نَفْسى بِالْعُبُودِيَّةِ وَ أَشْهَدُ لَهُ بِالرُّبُوبِيَّةِ، وَأُؤَدّى ما أَوْحى بِهِ إِلَىَّ حَذَراً مِنْ أَنْ لا أَفْعَلَ فَتَحِلَّ بى مِنْهُ قارِعَةٌ لايَدْفَعُها عَنّى أَحَدٌ وَإِنْ عَظُمَتْ حيلَتُهُ وَصَفَتْ خُلَّتُهُ - لاإِلاهَ إِلاَّهُوَ - لاَِنَّهُ قَدْأَعْلَمَنى أَنِّى إِنْ لَمْ أُبَلِّغْ ما أَنْزَلَ إِلَىَّ (فى حَقِّ عَلِىٍّ) فَما بَلَّغْتُ رِسالَتَهُ، وَقَدْ ضَمِنَ لى تَبارَكَ وَتَعالَى الْعِصْمَةَ (مِنَ النّاسِ) وَ هُوَاللَّهُ الْكافِى الْكَريمُ. فَأَوْحى إِلَىَّ: (بِسْمِ‏اللَّهِ الرَّحْمانِ الرَّحيمِ، يا أَيُهَاالرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ ما أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ ــ فى عَلِىٍّ يَعْنى فِى الْخِلاَفَةِ لِعَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبى طالِبٍ ــ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَما بَلَّغْتَ رِسالَتَهُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النّاسِ).

و اکنون به بندگی خویش و پروردگاری او گواهی میدهم ، و وظیفه ی خود را در آنچه وحی شده انجام میدهم مباد از سوی او عذابی فرود آید که کسی را یارای دور ساختن آن از من نباشد هرچند توانش بسیار ، دوستی اش - با من - خالص باشد. خداوندی جز او نیست. چرا که به من هشدار داده که اگر آنچه در حق علی نازل کرده ،به مردم ابلاغ نکنم ، وظیفه ی رسالتش را انجام نداده ام و خود او –تبارک وتعالی– امنیت از آزار مردم را برایم تضمین کرده و البته که او بسنده و بخشنده است . پس آنگاه خداوند چنین وحی ام فرمود: «به نام خداوند همه مهر مهرورز ای فرستاده ی ما آنچه از سوی پروردگارت درباره علی و جانشینی او بر تو فرو فرستادیم به مردم برسان وگرنه رسالت خداوندی را به انجام نرسانده ای و او تو را از آسیب مردمان نگاه میدارد ..»(مائده/67).[/b]

[align=CENTER]13- مَعاشِرَالنّاسِ، ما قَصَّرْتُ فى تَبْليغِ ما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعالى إِلَىَّ، وَ أَنَا أُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ سَبَبَ هذِهِ الْآيَةِ: إِنَّ جَبْرئيلَ هَبَطَ إِلَىَّ مِراراً ثَلاثاً يَأْمُرُنى عَنِ السَّلامِ رَبّى - وَ هُوالسَّلامُ - أَنْ أَقُومَ فى هذَا الْمَشْهَدِ فَأُعْلِمَ كُلَّ أَبْيَضَ وَأَسْوَدَ: أَنَّ عَلِىَّ بْنَ أَبى طالِبٍ أَخى وَ وَصِيّى وَ خَليفَتى (عَلى‏ أُمَّتى) وَالْإِمامُ مِنْ بَعْدى، الَّذى مَحَلُّهُ مِنّى مَحَلُّ هارُونَ مِنْ مُوسى‏ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ لانَبِىَّ بَعْدى وَهُوَ وَلِيُّكُمْ بَعْدَاللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِهِ، وَقَدْ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَبارَكَ وَ تَعالى‏ عَلَىَّ بِذالِكَ آيَةً مِنْ كِتابِهِ (هِىَ): (إِنَّما وَلِيُّكُمُ‏اللّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ وَالَّذينَ آمَنُواالَّذينَ يُقيمُونَ الصَّلاةَ و وَيُؤْتونَ الزَّكاةَ وَ هُمْ راكِعُونَ)، وَ عَلِىُّ بْنُ أَبى طالِبٍ الَّذى أَقامَ الصَّلاةَ وَ آتَى‏الزَّكاةَ وَهُوَ راكِعٌ يُريدُاللَّهَ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فى كُلِّ حالٍ.

هان مردمان ! در تبلیغ آنچه خداوند بر من نازل فرموده کوتاهی نکرده ام و اکنون سبب نزول آیه را بیان می کنم : همانا جبرئیل از سوی سلام پروردگارم –که تنها او سلام است - سه مرتبه بر من فرود آمد و فرمانی آورد که در این مکان به پا خیزم و به هر سفید و سیاهی اعلام کنم که علی بن ابیطالب برادر وصی و جانشین من در میان امت و امام پس از من است هم او که جایگاه اش نسبت به من به سان هارون نسبت به موسی است مگر این که پیامبری پس از من نخواهد بود و او پس از خدا و رسول او صاحب اختیار شماست و خداوند تبارک و تعالی آیه ای بر من نازل فرموده که « همانا تنها ولی و سرپرست و صاحب اختیار شما خداوند و پیامبرش و موءمنانی اند که نماز به پا می دارند و در رکوع زکات می پردازند ...» (مائده/55) و قطعاً علی بن ابیطالب نماز بر پا داشته و در رکوع زکات پرداخته و پیوسته خداخواه است .

باسلامی دوباره خدمت دوستان

این پست بعلت طولانی بودن سطرهاش و مراعات حال دوستان و چون چند پستی هستش که میزان سطر هاش زیاد شده[u] 1 روز بحث جدید نمیزارم. (سطر 14)[align=CENTER]اگر دوستان مایل به ادامه بودن (چون بازهم بعضی پست ها ممکنه اینقد طولانی باشه ) بگن تا با کمال میل و بدون وقفه پیش بریم و فردا پست جدید بزارم .

14- وَسَأَلْتُ جَبْرَئيلَ أَنْ يَسْتَعْفِىَ لِىَ (السَّلامَ) عَنْ تَبْليغِ ذالِكَ إِليْكُمْ - أَيُّهَاالنّاسُ - لِعِلْمى بِقِلَّةِ الْمُتَّقينَ وَكَثْرَةِ الْمُنافِقينَ وَإِدغالِ اللّائمينَ وَ حِيَلِ الْمُسْتَهْزِئينَ بِالْإِسْلامِ، الَّذينَ وَصَفَهُمُ‏اللَّهُ فى كِتابِهِ بِأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ مالَيْسَ فى قُلوبِهِمْ، وَيَحْسَبُونَهُ هَيِّناً وَ هُوَ عِنْدَاللَّهِ عَظيمٌ.

و من از جبرئیل در خواستم که از خداوند سلام اجازه کند و مرا از ماموریت تبلیغ به شما معاف دارد زیرا کمی پرهیزگاران و فزونی منافقان و دسیسه ملامت گران و مکر مسخره کنندگان اسلام را میدانم همانان که خداوند در وصفشان در کتاب خود فرموده : «...به زبان می گویند آن را که در دلهایشان نیست و آن را اندک و آسان می شمارند حال آنکه نزد خداوند بس بزرگ است...»(نور/15)

15- وَكَثْرَةِ أَذاهُمْ لى غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ حَتّى‏ سَمَّونى أُذُناً وَ زَعَمُوا أَنِّى كَذالِكَ لِكَثْرَةِ مُلازَمَتِهِ إِيّاىَ وَ إِقْبالى عَلَيْهِ (وَ هَواهُ وَ قَبُولِهِ مِنِّى) حَتّى‏ أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فى ذالِكَ (وَ مِنْهُمُ الَّذينَ يُؤْذونَ النَّبِىَّ وَ يَقولونَ هُوَ أُذُنٌ، قُلْ أُذُنُ ـ (عَلَى‏الَّذينَ يَزْعَُمونَ أَنَّهُ أُذُنٌ) ـ خَيْرٍ لَكُمْ، يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَ يُؤْمِنُ لِلْمُؤْمِنينَ وَ رحْمَةٌ لِلَّذینَ آمَنُوا مِنْکُمْ و الَّذینَ یُؤذُنَ رَسوُلَ اللهِ لَهُمْ عَذابٌ أَلیمٌ) . وَلَوْشِئْتُ أَنْ أُسَمِّىَ الْقائلينَ بِذالِكَ بِأَسْمائهِمْ لَسَمَّيْتُ وَأَنْ أُوْمِئَ إِلَيْهِمْ بِأَعْيانِهِمْ لَأَوْمَأْتُ وَأَنْ أَدُلَّ عَلَيْهِمُ لَدَلَلْتُ، وَلكِنِّى وَاللَّهِ فى أُمورِهمْ قَدْ تَكَرَّمْتُ.

و نیز از آن روی که منافقان بارها مرا آزار رسانیده اند تا بدان جاکه مرا اذن (سخن شنو و زود باور ) نامیده اند به خاطر همراهی افزون و تمایل و پذیرش علی از من و توجه ویژه ی من به او ،تا بدان جا که خداوند آیه ای فرو فرستاد (توبه/61) « و از آنان اند کسانی که پیامبر خدا را آزرده ، گویند او سخن شنو و زود باور است بگو آری او سخن شنو ست بر علیه آنان که گمان می کنند او تنها سخن می شنو د –لیکن به خیر شماست او(پیامبر) به خدا ایمان دارد و اهل ایمان را تصدیق کرده راستگو می انگارد و همو رحمت است برای ایمانیان شما و البته برای آنان که او را ازار دهند عذابی دردناک خواهد بود...» و اگر می خواستم نام گویندگان چنین سخن را بر زبان آورم و به آنان اشارت کنم و مردمان را به سویشان هدایت کنم ( که آنان را شناسایی کنند ) میتوانستم.لیکن به خدا سوگند در کارشان کرامت نموده لب فرو بستم

سلامی ویژه به منتظران

16- وَكُلُّ ذالِكَ لايَرْضَى اللَّهُ مِنّى إِلاّ أَنْ أُبَلِّغَ ما أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَىَّ (فى حَقِّ عَلِىٍّ)، ثُمَّ تلا: (يا أَيُّهَاالرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ ما أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ - فى حَقِّ عَلِىٍّ - وَ انْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَما بَلَّغْتَ رِسالَتَهُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النّاسِ).

با این حال خداوند از من خشنود نخواهد شد مگر فرمان او را در حق علی به شما ابلاغ کنم . آنگاه پیامبر (صلی الله علیه و آله) چنین خواند : «...ای پیامبر ! آنچه –در حق علی - از سوی پروردگارت بر تو فرود آمده ابلاغ کن و گرنه رسالت او را انجام نداده ای و البته خداوند تو را از آسیب مردمان نگاه می دارد ...»(مائده/67).

In the name of Allah (Who’s) the Compassionate Merciful

1. “Praise belongs to Allah, Who is Sublime in His Oneness, and He is with all beings in His Loneliness. Glorious is He in His Domination, and He is great in His Foundations! His Knowledge encircles all beings without taking a move or having a dwelling; He subdues everything with His Power and Reasoning! He has eternally been praised, and so will be praised forever! There is no end to His Greatness, Dignity and Grandness; He is the Originator, Resurrector, and to Him all things return.

2. He is the Maker of the heavens, as well the expander of the Earth(es), and He is Ruler over them; He is [beyond all beings], and He is Glorified and Sanctified. So is He the Lord of the Angels, and the Spirit! He favours all creatures that He has created! His Grace is expanded to all that He has created. He perceives the eyes [of all beings], while no eyes can see Him; He is the most Generous, Patient and Calm. His Mercy cuddles the whole entity; He favours them with His Bounty. He is Serene in His revenge, and is Patient to the pain-deserved!

3. He is Aware of the secrets, and is discerned of thoughts, the covered are discovered to Him, and the hidden manifest. It is His to hold everything, and dominate it. The Source of strength is He, and is Powerful over everything. There is no comparable unto Him.
It is He Who has created things out of absolute 'Nil'. He is Immortal, Alive, and is the Spreader of Justice; there is no deity but Him, the Wise Almighty.

4. No eyes can see Him but he perceives all eyes; He is aware of the secrets [of men], and is informed of all things. No one can attribute Him by means of seeing, and no one can appreciate His Being by His concealment or manifestation, but only what the 'Glorified' wills us to know.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

17- فَاعْلَمُوا مَعاشِرَ النّاسِ (ذالِكَ فيهِ وَافْهَموهُ وَاعْلَمُوا) أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ نَصَبَهُ لَكُمْ وَلِيّاً وَإِماماً فَرَضَ طاعَتَهُ عَلَى الْمُهاجِرينَ وَالْأَنْصارِ وَ عَلَى التّابِعينَ لَهُمْ بِإِحْسانٍ، وَ عَلَى الْبادى وَالْحاضِرِ، وَ عَلَى‏الْعَجَمِىِّ وَالْعَرَبىِّ، وَالْحُرِّ وَالْمَمْلوكِ وَالصَّغيرِ وَالْكَبيرِ، وَ عَلَى‏الْأَبْيَضِ وَالأَسْوَدِ، وَ عَلى‏ كُلِّ مُوَحِّدٍ، ماضٍ حُكْمُهُ، جازٍ قَوْلُهُ، نافِذٌ أَمْرُهُ، مَلْعونٌ مَنْ خالَفَهُ، مَرْحومٌ مَنْ تَبِعَهُ وَ صَدَّقَهُ، فَقَدْ غَفَرَاللَّهُ لَهُ وَلِمَنْ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ وَ أَطاعَ لَهُ.

هان مردمان ! بدانید این آیه درباره اوست ژرفای آن را بفهمید و بدانید که خداوند او را سرپرست و امام شما قرار داده و پیرویش را بر مهاجران و انصار واجب کرده و بر پیروان آنان در نیکی ، و بر صحرانشینان و شهروندان ،و بر عجم و عرب و آزاد و برده و کوچک و بزرگ و سفید و سیاه و هر یکتا پرست. (هشدار) اجرای فرمانش لازم ، امرش نافذ ، ناسازگارش رانده ، پیرو و باور کننده اش در مهر است البته که خداوند او و شنوایان سخن اش و پیروان راهش را آمرزیده است .

18- مَعاشِرَالنّاسِ، إِنَّهُ آخِرُ مَقامٍ أَقُومُهُ فى هذا الْمَشْهَدِ، فَاسْمَعوا وَ أَطيعوا وَانْقادوا لاَِمْرِ(اللَّهِ) رَبِّكُمْ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّوَجَلَّ هُوَ مَوْلاكُمْ وَإِلاهُكُمْ، ثُمَّ مِنْ دونِهِ رَسولُهُ وَنَبِيُّهُ الُْمخاطِبُ لَكُمْ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَعْدى عَلىٌّ وَلِيُّكُمْ وَ إِمامُكُمْ بِأَمْرِاللَّهِ رَبِّكُمْ، ثُمَّ الْإِمامَةُ فى ذُرِّيَّتى مِنْ وُلْدِهِ إِلى يَوْمٍ تَلْقَوْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ.

هان مردمان ! برای آخرین بار در این اجتماع به پا ایستاده (با شما سخن می گویم) سخنم را شنیده پیروی کنید و فرمان پروردگارتان را گردن گذارید که خداوند عزّوجلّ صاحب اختیار و سرپرست و معبود شماست و سپس سرپرست شما ، فرستاده و پیامبر اوست که اکنون با شما سخن می گوید و پس از من به فرمان او ، علی ولی و امام شماست و سپس امامت ، در فرزندان من از نسل علی خواهد بود تا برپایی رستاخیز که خدا و رسول او را دیدار کنید .

5. I testify that He is Alone ‘God’, the One Whose Sanctity has filled up the whole world; and His Light has prevailed the Eternity! Without any counselor He enacts His proper Command, and has no ally in His Providence; and without aid, He does His plans and measures.

6. Without an initial plan for creation, He has shaped and fashioned all beings with help of no one – with no effort, not thinking about, and without having had recourse, He has brought the world to being from ‘Nil’, His will has brought them to existence.
Thus, He is God, the Almighty; there is none as a deity but Him! It is He Whose Artistry is solid and firm, and [the Structure of His] Work is fair! He is Just; He does not commit oppression, and He is so generous that to Him return all things.

7. And I testify that He is God that all beings humble before His Dignity, and all are debased before His Glory; everything bows as submission before His Power, and all things are in state of humility before His tremendous and impressive Majesty!

8. He is the King of all beings, and the roller of the encircling heavens, He submits the sun and the moon to His bid to move just according to a time limit. He rolls up the night in the day; moreover, He wraps up the day into night which each goes rapidly: one after other, (The Heights: 7/54). He is the destroyer of any oppressive tyrant, and the eliminator of the rebellious, insurgent demon!

19- لاحَلالَ إِلاّ ما أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ وَ رَسُولُهُ وَهُمْ، وَلاحَرامَ إِلاّ ما حَرَّمَهُ اللَّهُ (عَلَيْكُمْ) وَ رَسُولُهُ وَ هُمْ، وَاللَّهُ عَزَّوَجَلَّ عَرَّفَنِى الْحَلالَ وَالْحَرامَ وَأَنَا أَفْضَيْتُ بِما عَلَّمَنى رَبِّى مِنْ كِتابِهِ وَحَلالِهِ وَ حَرامِهِ إِلَيْهِ.

روا نیست مگر آنچه خدا و رسول و امامان روا دانند و ناروا نباشد مگر آنچه آنان ناروا دانند ، و خداوند عز و جل هم روا و هم ناروا را بمن شناسانده و من آموخته هایم را از کتاب خدا و حلال وحرام او را در اختیار علی گذاشته ام.

10. He merges the night into the daylight, and the daylight into the nigh. There is no God but Him, Who is Glorious and Forgiving. He answers the appeals and fulfills prayers, grants abundantly and counts the numbers of breaths; He is the Lord of Jinn and Mankind, nothing is baffling to Him.

The cries of the criers do not distress Him, nor does the insistence of those who insist, bother Him! He is the Guardian of the pious, and the Assistant of the righteous; the Guardian of the believers, and the Lord of the universe! He deserves to be praised and glorified by all those have been created.

11. I greatly thank, and eternally praise Him: not only in tranquility or in hardship, nor in extreme difficulty, but also in peace and serenity. I believe in Him and His Angels, in His Scriptures, and His Messengers! I heed His Commands and obey Him. I hasten to do whatever pleases Him, and I submit myself to His Command for I am inclined to obey Him, and I fear His chastisement. For indeed: He is such a God that no one remains safe from His Astuteness; and no one fears His Injustice – (for there comes no injustice from Him)!”

12. “And now, I confess to my servitude to Him, so do I confess to the Divinity of His: and I carry out my duty concerning the Revelation has announced to me, in fear that if I were not to execute it, such a torment might befall on me that no one could eliminate it – even though having a great astuteness, and his friendship be sincere [to me]! There is no God but Him, for He has announced to me that if I do not proclaim to you [the Fact] that concerning Ali, (peace be upon him) has been stated to me, I have not fulfilled my mission as a Messenger of God. And God has guaranteed me of His protection against the people's corruption, for God is Generous, all-Sufficient. So, God has revealed to me thus:

‘In the name of Allah (Who's) the most Merciful Bountiful
(O Messenger of Us)!
Announce this Message that; to you
Being sent from your Great Lofty Lord:
[Regarding Ali, and Command of Ali]
Or else, then you have not carried
Your own task as a right Messenger of His;
‘DEFENDER’, from reproach of men, God is.’ (The Table: 5/67)

سلام علیکم

20- مَعاشِرَالنّاسِ،(فَضِّلُوهُ). مامِنْ عِلْمٍ إِلاَّ وَقَدْ أَحْصاهُ‏اللَّهُ فِىَّ، وَ كُلُّ عِلْمٍ عُلِّمْتُ فَقَدْ أَحْصَيْتُهُ فى إِمامِ الْمُتَّقينَ، وَما مِنْ عِلْمٍ إِلاّ وَقَدْ عَلَّمْتُهُ عَلِيّاً، وَ هُوَ الْإِمامُ الْمُبينُ (الَّذى ذَكَرَهُ اللَّهُ فى سُورَةِ يس: (وَ كُلَّ شَىْ‏ءٍ أَحْصَيْناهُ فى إِمامٍ مُبينٍ).

هان مردمان !او را برتر دانید ، هیچ دانشی نیست مگر اینکه خداوند در جان من نبشته و من تمامی آن را در جان علی امام پرهیزگاران ضبط کرده ام ،و دانشی نبوده مگر اینکه آن را به علی آموخته ام او پیشوای روشنگر است که خداوند در سوره یاسین از او گفتگو کرده :« و علم هر چیز را در امام مبین برشمرده ایم...»( یس / 12)
9. There is neither an opponent for Him, nor is anyone equal to Him. He is the One Who needs none! He is not born, and He has not given birth to anyone, there is nothing comparable unto Him; (The Sincerity: 112). He is the Unique God, and the Glorious Lord. He wills, and carries out! He intends, and ordains, He is All-Knowing, and thus, He calculates [things]. He gives life and sends death. He impoverishes [one] and enriches [another], He sends mirth or makes one cry; He draws closer or moves away; He forbids [one] then grants! To Him belongs the Sovereignty, and to Him go all praises and lauds! And He is Capable of [doing] everything.
13. “O people! I have not been neglectful about publicizing what has been delivered to me by God. Now, I am to explain to you the cause of the Revelation of this Verse: Gabriel, bearing His Command, came down to me thrice from ‘Peace’, the Creator – for only He is [the source of] Peace – he brought it to me that to stand amid this vast mass and deliver God's Command. Now, I announce you the coloured or white that: Ali, the son of Talib, is [as] a brother to me, and he is my executor, and successor to lead my people as an Imam after me! His relation to me is as Aaron to Moses is, except for no other messengers will follow me. After God and His Messenger, Ali is going to be your Conserver, and God has sent down a Verse saying: ‘Verily, your Guardian is Only God, His Messenger and the believers who pray and pay alms while are bowing down,’ (The Table: 5/55). Surely it is Ali who did set up prayer, and while bowing [down to pray], paid out alms, and always sought the Will of Almighty God.”

14. “And I asked Gabriel to beseech Almighty God so that He may discharge me from this duty of mine, because I well knew the scarcity of the virtuous, but the excess of the deceivers; and the vices of the blamers, as well who scald, and the deceit of those who insult Islam – those whom God has defined in His Book that: ‘They say what does not exist in their hearts, and they take it of very little importance, while it is of the utmost importance to God,’ (The Light: 24/25).

15. Also because the frauds have always annoyed me, and have called me: ‘He is all ears, listening to every word!’ [It was] just because of Ali's following me, and because of my deep attachment to him, and my fond attention toward him, and because of my approval of him. It was until then God sent this Verse down saying: ‘And of those some annoy Messenger and say, "He is only an ear.’" [But o Messenger] say: "An ear, yes, but it is good for you; for he [listens but to the Revelations of God], which is of your benefit. [He] believes [in God], and trusts [the believers] – taking them all the serious righteous. Surely for them is a painful chastisement …” (The Repentance: 9/61).
Had I wished, I could name those who use these words, or I could point them out to you one by one; and had I wished, I could lead you to them but I swear to God that I have behaved gracefully and generously towards them.
